Термін поставки Товару за заявками Покупця до 20 грудня 2024 року. За погодженням Сторін, Постачальник має право на дострокову передачу Товару. Заправка транспортних засобів Покупця здійснюється шляхом обміну Товару (в талонах) в роздрібній мережі АЗС … Постачальника на нафтопродукти. Наявність Товару (в талонах) у особи, яка звернулася до однієї із АЗС Постачальника, яка знаходиться на відстані не більше 5 кілометрів від юридичної адреси Покупця (Полтавська область, місто Лубни, вулиця Старо - Троїцька, будинок 19) є підтвердженням повноважень такої особи від Покупця на заправку транспортного засобу. Відпуск нафтопродуктів Покупцю здійснюється Постачальником за нагальною потребою Покупця по Талонах Постачальника за умови пред’явлення та передачі Покупцем оператору АЗС талонів в робочий час, встановлений на АЗС. Оператор АЗС після завершення відпуску Товару Покупцю зобов’язаний видати фіскальний (касовий) чек. Розрахунки між Покупцем та Постачальником здійснюються відповідно до видаткової накладної та рахунку-фактури наданого Постачальником, шляхом безготівкової оплати вартості Товару згідно Специфікації протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів після його отримання. 000005-09130000-667116-40996564
