Ужгороді, Закарпатської області. Максимальна відстань від Замовника (адреса розташування шкільних автобусів) до АЗС учасника не повинна перевищувати 7 км. ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ ВИМОГ щодо відстані Замовника до АЗС: вимоги, які встановлені Замовником, пов’язані зі специфікою діяльності та обумовлені необхідністю мати АЗС якомога ближче до адреси дислокації шкільних автобусів Замовника (88000, Закарпатська область, м. Ужгород, вул. Радіщева,2). Встановлюючи вимогу про обов’язкову наявність АЗС в м. Ужгороді Відділ освіти Холмківської сільської ради намагається мінімізувати витрати на пальне, яке доведеться витратити на дорогу до АЗС кожному транспортному засобу перед виїздом на маршрут та повернення до місця стоянки шкільних автобусів. Таким чином, встановлюючи максимальну відстань 7 км, ми розуміємо, що транспортний засіб проїде занадто багато кілометрів тільки для заправки пальним. Зважаючи на автопарк Замовника (один автобус - витрата пального 24 л на 100 км, інші два по 19,5 л), та кількість транспортних засобів (3 автобуса), витрати різко зростатимуть по мірі зростання відстані. Учасник гарантує заправку транспортних засобів Замовника, термін дії талонів/карток не менше 6 місяців з дати укладання договору. Оплата проводиться згідно умов договору.
