000002-09130000-741375-40996564 Умови поствки товару. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів: 1. Передача Покупцю товару, а саме: талонів, здійснюється за адресою – 33027, Україна, м. Рівне. вул. Данила Галицького, буд.23, у строк передбачений п. 5.1. … проекту Договору. 2. Передача Покупцю товару здійснюється на умовах EX WORKS «Франко-завод», ІНКОТЕРМС (Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року), на АЗС Постачальника (що розташовані в радіусі до 5,0 км. (від адреси Покупця (Україна, м. Рівне. вул. Данила Галицького, буд.23)) шляхом заправки автомобілів Покупця при пред’явленні довіреними особами Покупця талону. Умови оплати: оплата Товару здійснюється Покупцем протягом 10-ти (десяти) банківських днів з дати поставки товару, а саме, підписання видаткових накладних, в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Постачальника на підставі виставленого рахунку на Товар.
