Розрахунок Покупцем за Товар (його партію) здійснюється у національній валюті України шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника відповідно наданої Постачальником видаткової накладної у термін, що не перевищує … 14 банківських днів від дня отримання кожної окремої партії Товару Покупцем і переходу до нього права власності на Товар. Поставка Товару (заправка по талонах/crhtx rfhnrf[) проводиться шляхом заправки автотранспорту Покупця на АЗС Постачальника, щоденно та цілодобово за талонами Постачальника та/або на будь-яких інших АЗС партнерів Постачальника. Умови поставки: закупівля для потреб замовника здійснюється безпосередньо на запропонованих учасником автозаправних станціях (далі – АЗС) за талонами/скреч картками учасника (постачальника) , сторком дії 12 місяців. Заправка автотранспортних засобів замовника повинна здійснюватися на не менш 7 власних, орендованих або партнерських АЗС в м. Харків та Харківській області, з обовязковим розташуванням не менше ніж 1 АЗС на відстані не більше 2 (двох) км від місця розташування Замовника: 61029, м.Харків, вул. Краснодарська 104
