Поставка товару здійснюється партіями в залежності від фактичної потреби замовника та на підставі замовлень, що надаються Замовником Постачальнику телефоном або на електронну адресу постачальника. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: протягом 5 … робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника на склад Замовника з урахуванням умов Договору. Місце постачання: м. Київ, вул. Ягідна, 58, фармацевтичне відділення відділу медичного постачання. Доставка та розвантаження Товару здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника. Оплата товару здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених накладних (у трьох примірниках), завірених печаткою та підписом особи Постачальника, уповноваженої на підписання господарських та фінансових документів. Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити товар протягом 10 банківських днів.
