Строк поставки товару – з моменту підписання Договору Сторонами по 31 липня 2024 року. Поставка товару та його розвантаження здійснюється силами і засобами Постачальника. Кількість поставленого товару підтверджується видатковим накладними, підписаними … уповноваженими представниками Сторін. Датою поставки товару вважається дата фактичної передачі товару, відповідно до видаткових накладних, підписаних уповноваженими представниками Сторін. Місце поставки товару: склад Замовника, що знаходиться за адресою: 01001, м. Київ, пров. Рильський, 10. Умови оплати: 1. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після отримання товару на підставі видаткових накладних, підписаних уповноваженими представниками Сторін. 2. Замовник має право на відстрочку платежу у разі відсутності бюджетного фінансування або не проведення оплати з вини третьої сторони. У разі відсутності бюджетного фінансування (затримки в бюджетному фінансуванні) оплата здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів після надходження коштів на рахунок Замовника.
