Поставка Товару здійснюється в робочі дні з 08:00 по 14:00 год. Перша поставка товару повинна бути здійснена протягом 15 робочих днів після підписання договору. Строк (термін): до 01 травня 2024 року. Оплата Товару здійснюється Замовником в українській … валюті – гривні, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника, після поставки Товару на склади Замовника та підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної, протягом 30-ТИ КАЛЕНДАРНИХ ДНІВ після отримання Товару та в разі відсутності претензій щодо якості товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений Товар може здійснюватись з розстрочкою, протягом 20-ТИ РОБОЧИХ ДНІВ з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування даного Товару, на свій рахунок. Дрова мають бути сухі (СУХОСТОЙ), мокрі/сирі дрова не приймаються.Транспортний засіб має бути такий, який зможе проїхати до місця розвантаження деревини (див. Додаток 2 до проекту Договору, примітки в таблиці «МІСЦЕ ПОСТАВКИ ТОВАРУ»).До ціни тендерної пропозиції включаються наступні витрати: податки і збори (обов’язкові платежі), що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, витрати на поставку до закладу, навантаження, розвантаження, СКЛАДАННЯ ДЕРЕВИНИ ( не допускається розвантаження насипом).Кожна партія товару повинна супроводжуватись документами, що підтверджують якість та безпеку, а саме: копіями сертифікатів якості/відповідності, та/або посвідчення про якість, та/або іншим документальним підтвердженням якості та безпеки товару.
