Постачальник повинен поставити Покупцю Товар, якість якого та якість матеріалів і сировини виготовлення цього Товару повинна відповідати діючим в Україні державним стандартам. Поставка Товару здійснюється протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту підписання … Сторонами Договору за наступною адресою: 01010, м. Київ, вул. Лаврська, 10-12. Оплата за Договором здійснюється Покупцем протягом 5 банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткових накладних.
