Постачальник зобов’язується забезпечувати заправку автомобіля Покупця через мережу АЗС, на яких буде здійснюватися відпуск Палива, але не менше 10-ти АЗС розташованих в межах міста Києва, та розгалуженої мережі АЗС на території всієї України. Відпуск … Нафтопродукту з АЗС здійснюється за Карткою на отримання Палива відповідно до Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 20.12.1997 №1442 (зі змінами). Постачальник відпускає Нафтопродукти за пред’явленою Карткою, відповідно до кількості облікованих на ній літрів та виду Нафтопродукту. Строк передачі Картки: протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати підписання цього Договору. Місце передачі Картки: 03150, місто Київ, вулиця Ділова, будинок 24. Відпуск Палива на АЗС здійснюється протягом дії Картки але не менше 1 (одного) року з дати підписання видаткової накладної на Нафтопродукт та в будь якому випадку протягом дії цього Договору.
