З кожною партією товару Продавець зобов’язаний надавати товаросупровідну документацію в порядку, що передбачено вимогами … чинного законодавства України. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Покупцем на підставі належним чином оформлених рахунків-фактур та видаткових накладних Продавця впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати. Підставою для проведення оплати вважається рахунок-фактура та видаткова накладна Продавця.
