Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару (партії Товару) шляхом передачі Покупцю талонів на бензин А-95 (далі – Талони), які дають право отримати Товар на автозаправних станціях Постачальника (власних, орендованих, партнерських) (далі – АЗС). Постачальник … зобов’язаний забезпечити та підписанням цього Договору гарантує, що видані ним Талони є цілодобово активними (не заблокованими тощо) для заправки автотранспорту Покупця по факту їх пред’явлення на АЗС. Постачальник зобов’язаний мати розгалужену систему АЗС (власних, орендованих, партнерських) по всіх областях України за виключенням Луганської, Донецької та АР Крим на яких можна цілодобово здійснити заправлення автотранспорту Покупця за виданими Талонами. Покупець здійснює оплату за поставлений Товар (партію Товару) у національній валюті України в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника після отримання Товару (партії Товару) на підставі підписаної обома Сторонами видаткової накладної протягом 10 банківських днів з дня підписання видаткової накладної.
