Бензин А-95 (Євро 5) Дизельне паливо (Євро 5)

1. Учасник повинен мати розвинену мережу власних, орендованих та/або партнерських стаціонарних автозаправних станцій (далі – АЗС) (не менше 2-х заправок) які знаходяться на відстані не більше 8 км від фактичної адреси Замовника (Черкаська область … Уманський район місто Умань вулиця Шухевича, буд 12), а також по всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій) на яких Учасник гарантує заправку транспортних засобів Замовника. (АЗС повинні бути призначені для заправки транспортних засобів паливом, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами» від 20.12.1997 № 1442). 2. Бланки-дозволи (талони) повинні бути дійсними на всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій). 3. Строк дії бланків-дозволів (талонів) на видачу пального має становити не менше 3 місяці з дня їх видачі. У разі, якщо Учасник здійснює перехід на бланки-дозволи (талони) нового зразка, він повинен здійснити рівноцінний обмін бланків-дозволів (талонів) старого зразку, що залишилися у Замовника та не були реалізовані, на бланки-дозволи (талони) нового зразку, в тому числі стосовно бланків-дозволів (талонів), що залишились у Замовника після закінчення строку їх дії. У разі втрати Замовником бланків-дозволів (талонів) Учасник бере на себе зобов’язання, за зверненням Замовника, заблокувати втрачені бланки-дозволи (талони) та здійснити їх заміну на нові протягом одного місяця. 4. Умови оплати: розрахунки здійснюються протягом 10 банківських днів з моменту фактично отримані бланки-дозволів (талони) на підставі рахунків та накладних шляхом безготівкової оплати, 5. Доставка бланків-дозволів (талонів) здійснюється за рахунок Учасника.
