Постачальник повинен передати Покупцеві Талони однією партією протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту підписання Договору. Оплата за договором здійснюється на підставі рахунку та видаткової накладної Постачальника протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з … моменту передачі талонів на пальне шляхом перерахування на поточний рахунок постачальника 80% вартості Палива, 20% вартості Палива протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання від Постачальника належним чином оформленої податкової накладної в електронній формі, зареєстрованої в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних в порядку, визначеному Податковим кодексом України*. Безпосередня передача (відпуск) Палива через АЗС, що визначені у Додатку 2 до цього Договору. Продавець повинен мати у користуванні або у власності АЗС (мережу АЗС) або партнерські заправні станції, які повинні бути розташовані на території України та з обов`язковою наявністю в м. Миколаєві.
