Медико-технічні завдання до предмету закупівлі: 1.Учасник при поставці товару повинен надати на товар декларацію про відповідність Технічному регламенту щодо медичних виробів, який затверджені Постановам Кабінету Міністрів України № 753 від 2 жовтня 2013 … р. 2.Строк придатності товару на момент поставки на склад замовника повинен становити не менше 50% від передбаченого. 3.Товар поставляється з декларацією відповідності та сертифікатом якості, завіреними печаткою (за наявності) постачальника. 4. Товар поставляється одноразово до 30 квітня 2024 року. 5.Товар повинен передаватися Замовнику в упаковці підприємства виробника, яка не повинна бути деформованою або пошкодженою. Маркування повинно відповідати технічному регламенту. 6.Умови оплати – відповідно до умов договору. Примітка: Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Особливостей визначених Постановою КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022р.зі змінами (Електронний каталог)
