Масло солодковершкове 73%, ДСТУ 4399, 1 кг Товар повинен бути упакований таким чином, щоб запобігати псуванню та знищенню в період доставки його Замовнику. На момент поставки термін придатності до споживання товару повинен складати не менше ніж 80% до … загального терміну придатності до споживання вказаного на упаковці. У разі поставки неякісного Товару Постачальник зобов’язаний здійснити заміну неякісних Товарів протягом 3 (трьох) днів з дня подання Замовником претензії. Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником на підставі зробленої заявки Замовника протягом двох календарних днів з моменту надання заявки,протягом 2024 року за адресою: 40022, м. Суми, вул. Троїцька, 57. Постачальник має право на дострокову поставку Товару тільки за письмовим погодженням з Замовником. Поставка товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника виключно спеціалізованими автомобілями із додержанням температурного режиму відповідно до вимог Правил перевезення вантажів автомобільним транспортом в Україні. Навантаження, доставка та розвантаження товару на місці призначення здійснюється Постачальником і входить до ціни товару. Наявність санітарного паспорту на транспортний засіб i санітарної книжки водія - експедитора обов'язкова при постачанні товару. Всі працівники Постачальника, які мають відношення до постачання продуктів харчування, повинні мати особову медичну книжку з результатами проходження обов’язкових медичних оглядів.
