Вимоги щодо постачання та якості товару. Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику товар, якість якого повинна відповідати вимогам державних стандартів, санітарно-гігієничним вимогам та вимогам безпечності. Якість та безпечність товару повинна … підтверджуватися відповідними документами: сертифікатом якості на кожну партію товару, якісним посвідченням тощо. Такий документ повинен бути діючим з урахуванням терміну реалізації товару. Крупа пшоняна повинна бути шліфованою, вищого сорту, без сторонніх домішок, присмаків та цвілі. Загальна кількість пшоняної крупи повинна становити не менше 100 кг. Термін споживання при постачанні партії товару повинен становити – не менше 80 % від загального його терміну споживання. Постачання здійснюється на адресу Замовника: м. Харків, вул. Танкопія, 43, 61099, партіями згідно заявок замовника за рахунок Постачальника у термін до 25 грудня 2024 року. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється Замовником шляхом оплати за фактично поставлені товари на підставі належним чином оформлених накладних та рахунків наданих Постачальником не пізніше 10-ти днів після отримання товару.
