Хек свіжоморожений, тушка без голови за кодом ДК 021:2015: 15220000-6 Риба, рибне філе та інше м’ясо риби морожені

Риба свіжоморожена, сухої заморозки, обезголовлена, стандартна, повинна мати чисту поверхню без зовнішніх пошкоджень; консистенція і запах після відтавання властивий даному виду риби, без ознак псування, без повторної заморозки. Риба свіжоморожена … блоками. Продукт не повинен містити ГМО, рослинних жирів,стабілізаторів,барвників, ароматизаторів. Товар, що постачається повинен мати необхідні сертифікати якості виробника, реєстраційне посвідчення та висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи, або іншій подібний документ, що підтверджує відповідність товару вимогам, встановленим до нього загальнообов’язковими на території України нормами і правилами, повинен бути оформлений відповідно до вимог законодавства України На кожній одиниці фасування повинна бути наступна інформація: назва харчового продукту, назва та адреса підприємства – виробника, вага нетто, склад, дата виготовлення, термін придатності та умови зберігання, дані про харчову та енергетичну цінність. Якість запропонованого товару підтверджується посвідченням якості (або декларація виробника) протоколом випробування на вміст ГМО. При поставці товару копії супровідних документів надаються на кожну партію. Фасування – від 1 кг до 20 кг Упаковка – пакети або лотки з полімерних матеріалів, ящики з гофрованого картону або полімерні, риба повинна бути попередньо упакована в харчову плівку. Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником на підставі зробленої заявки Замовника протягом двох календарних днів з моменту надання заявки,протягом 2024 року за адресою: 40022, м. Суми, вул. Троїцька, 57. Постачальник має право на дострокову поставку Товару тільки за письмовим погодженням з Замовником. Поставка товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника виключно спеціалізованими автомобілями із додержанням температурного режиму відповідно до вимог Правил перевезення вантажів автомобільним транспортом в Україні. Навантаження, доставка та розвантаження товару на місці призначення здійснюється Постачальником і входить до ціни товару. Всі працівники Постачальника, які мають відношення до постачання продуктів харчування, повинні мати особову медичну книжку з результатами проходження обов’язкових медичних оглядів.
