Технічні, якісні характеристики товару за предметом закупівлі повинні відповідати встановленим/зареєстрованим діючим нормативним актам діючого законодавства (державним стандартам (технічним умовам), які передбачають застосування заходів із захисту … довкілля. Товар повинен бути повністю придатним до використання, терміни та умови його зберігання не порушені. Поставка товару здійснюється в термін, що не перевищує 2 (двох) календарних днів, з моменту отримання Постачальником заявки на його електронну адресу або по телефону. Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок постачальника на адресу замовника: 02125, м. Київ, пр-т Визволителів, 6 (Г. Нарбута). У разі поставки неякісного Товару, Постачальник зобов’язаний за власні кошти замінити такий Товар протягом 3 (трьох) днів з моменту отримання від Замовника повідомлення (факсом чи електронною поштою), тобто акту (або претензії) з указаною кількістю поставки неякісного товару. Заміна товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються за фактом постачання на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Товару шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. У разі закупівлі за бюджетні кошти – після надходження замовлених коштів на рахунок підприємства з урахуванням черговості, передбаченої абзацом другим підпункту 2 пункту 19 Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 червня 2021 р. № 590 (із змінами і доповненнями).
