Код ДК 021:2015 - 33140000-3 Медичні матеріали. НК 024:2023 32172 Клапан інфузійної системи внутрішньовенних вливань: краник трьохходовий, стерильний, одноразовий, з'єднання Luer Lock, без подовжувача.

Медичні вироби повинні бути зареєстровані в Україні або дозволені для введення в обіг та/або експлуатацію (застосування) відповідно до законодавства. Залишковий термін придатності товару на момент поставки повинен становити не менше 80 % від загального … терміну придатності, визначеного виробником. Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися у строк 5 (п'ять) робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника. Форма випуску, вміст упаковки повинні відповідати таким, що вказані в пропозиції. Товар, що постачається, повинен відповідати рівню технологій і стандартів, існуючих в країні виробника на аналогічні товари, нормам і стандартам, законодавчо встановленим на території України. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару неналежної якості несе Учасник-переможець. Учасник-переможець забезпечує цілісність товару, збереження його якості під час перевезення від місця відвантаження до місця поставки Товару. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником вартості товарів, зазначених в специфікації до Договору, максимальним строком відстрочення платежу є 30 робочих днів з дня підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної.
