Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 29-ти (двадцяти дев’яти) календарних днів з дати поставки товару на підставі видаткової … накладної. Строк поставки товару - до 31 грудня 2024 року. Місце поставки товару: 61020, Україна, Харківська область, м. Харків, вул. Тімірязєва, буд.10. . Постачання товару здійснюється на підставі письмових або усних заявок Замовника (електронною поштою, факсом, телефоном) протягом 3-х діб з моменту отримання заявки, у повному обсязі до заявленої потреби. У разі неможливості виконати взяті на себе обов’язки по строкам, якості та кількості товару, який постачається, Постачальник повинен повідомити Замовника у строк, не пізніше ніж за 48 годин з часу отримання заявки.
