Талони на пальне поставляються за адресою Замовника. Строк поставки талонів протягом 5 календарних днів з дати отримання заявки від Замовника, але не пізніше 15.04.2024 р. Талони мають бути номіналом 10, 20 літрів; Термін дії талонів має бути протягом 180 … (сто вісімдесят) календарних днів з моменту передачі Талонів по видатковій накладній Замовнику. Оплата здійснюється Замовником протягом десяти робочих днів після поставки Товару (передачі талонів) на підставі видаткових накладних. Учасник визначає ціну на товар, який він пропонує поставити, з урахуванням ціни на товар, податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, витрат на транспортування, страхування, навантаження, розвантаження, сплату митних тарифів, усіх інших витрат та згідно з вимогами чинного законодавства щодо формування ціни на відповідний товар. Обслуговування Замовника здійснюється на АЗС в місті Біла Церква (не менше двох АЗС в межах м. Біла Церква). Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків, передбачених п.19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування (Постанова Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 року № 1178)
