Товар як лікарський засіб має бути належним чином зареєстрованим в МОЗ Україні в установленому порядку. Інформація про відповідність товару медико-технічним вимогам має бути підтверджена наступними документами: - Копією реєстраційного посвідчення на … товар (надається при постачанні товару на кожну окрему партію); - Копією Інструкції з медичного використання лікарських засобів (надається при постачанні товару); - Сертифікатами якості лікарських засобів (надається при постачанні товару на кожну окрему партію); - Висновками про якість ввезеного в Україну лікарського засобу (надається при постачанні товару, для лікарських засобів іноземного виробництва). Строк придатності товару на момент поставки: не менше 70% від загального строку придатності. Строк поставки товару – 5 (п’ять) робочих днів з моменту надання письмової заявки (факсом або кур’єром, або електронною поштою). Кінцевий строк поставки товару: 25 грудня 2024 року Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються на умовах відстрочки платежу згідно видаткової накладної. Максимальним строком відстрочення платежу є 30 робочих днів.
