Explanation

Під час проведення запиту пропозицій постачальників в електронному каталозі щодо Закупівлі було встановлено, що неправильно розраховано потребу у здійсненні закупівлі, відсутня потреба в булочці здобній у тій кількості яка заявлена у запиті, також не враховано реальну потребу у запиті щодо хліба з суміші житнього і пшеничного борошна, не враховано позиції щодо закупівлі булочки здобної з родзинками та бублик здобний без начинки. Враховуючи викладене, а також те, що не правильно розрахована потребу у товарі що закуповується, подальша потреба в запиті пропозицій постачальників щодо Закупівлі відсутні. Відповідно до підпункту 1 пункту 65 Порядку № 822 замовник може відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників до укладення договору в разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі.
