Оплата за поставлений Товар проводиться Покупцем протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дня фактичної передачі Покупцю Товару належної якості, кількості, найменування (асортименту) та відповідно до умов цього Договору. Оплата за поставлений Товар … відбувається на підставі видаткової накладної на умовах передбаченого цим Договором. Розрахунки здійснюються в безготівковій формі через розрахункові рахунки Покупця та Постачальника в межах загальної суми Договору. Поставка Товару здійснюється частинами на підставі заявки Покупця силами та засобами Постачальника з доставкою в складське приміщення Покупця.
