Товар відпускається Покупцю лише на підставі та в обмін на картки на пальне на власних або орендованих АЗС Постачальника або на АЗС партнерів Постачальника, які знаходяться в радіусі не більше 18 км від місцезнаходження Покупця (62431, Україна, Харківська … обл., Харківський р-н, с. Вільхівка, вул. Центральна, буд. 1). Термін дії карток на пальне повинен бути не менше, ніж 12 календарних місяців. Товар постачається Постачальником Покупцю партіями. Під партією Товару розуміється кількість Товару, визначена в окремій видатковій накладній на Товар. Розрахунки за Товар (партію Товару) Покупець здійснює на підставі видаткової накладної на Товар протягом 15 банківських днів з моменту фактичного отримання відповідної партії Товару за наявності реального фінансування. 000147-09130000-741375-40996564
