Ангіографічний шприц високого тиску, стерильний, одноразовий для КТ, 200 мл, з комплектуючими СТ-200-NE (НК 024:2023 – 47259 – Шприц для системи ін’єкції контрастної речовини), ДК 021:2015:33140000-3 – Медичні матеріали

Строк (термін) поставки Товару до 31.05.2024 року. Товар повинен бути зареєстрованим в Україні в установленому порядку. Якість Товару підтверджується деклараціями відповідності, сертифікатами відповідності/якості та/або іншими документами на Товар, … наявність яких є обов’язковою умовою при поставці відповідно до заявки Замовника. Строк придатності Товару на момент факту приймання Товару повинен становити не менше 80% від загального строку придатності, визначеного виробником. Поставка з меншим строком придатності - за погодженням Сторін Товар повинен бути поставлений згідно з установленими нормами відвантаження в упаковці, яка забезпечує його збереження під час транспортування та розвантаження. Поставка Товару здійснюється партіями у кількості, зазначеної Замовником. Термін постачання товару складає не більше, ніж 5 робочих днів з дня отримання письмової чи усної заявки від Замовника. Поставка Товару здійснюються транспортом Постачальника чи транспортом перевізника за рахунок Постачальника. Постачальник зобов’язаний поставляти Товар в асортименті та кількості зазначеній в заявці Замовника. Замовник проводить оплату за фактично поставлений Товар на підставі рахунку та/або видаткової накладної шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів
