Дизельне паливо (талони або скретч-картки)

1.Відпуск Товару здійснюється за скретч-картками/талонами на АЗС Постачальника на відстані не більше 10 км від місця знаходження Замовника. 2. Скретч-картки/талони на Товар поставляються номіналом 10-40 літрів на адресу Замовника протягом 2-х робочих днів … з дня замовлення та в будь який зручний спосіб за рахунок Постачальника. 3. Сторони домовилися, що накладна підписується в момент передачі скретч-карток/талонів на Товар. 4. Термін дії скретч-карток/талонів становить не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх поставки. 5. У разі закінчення строку дії скретч-карток/талонів, зміни зовнішньої форми Постачальник здійснює обмін цих скретч-карток/талонів на інші в тій же кількості без додаткової оплати Замовником. 6. Товар відповідає ДСТУ 7688:2015 Паливо дизельне ЄВРО.
