Строк дії (використання) талонів … становить не менше ніж строк дії Договору. Обов'язковою умовою цієї закупівлі є наявність АЗС (власних, орендованих, патрнерських) у Постачальника, не менше однієї, від місця розташування юридичної адреси Замовника (34700, Рівненська область, місто Корець, вулиця Незалежності, 39) в радіусі не більше 20 кілометрів. Замовник здійснює оплату за паливо в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання. Датою здійснення будь-яких платежів замовником є дата списання відповідних коштів з розрахункового рахунку замовника.
