в ході вивчення пропозицій, поданих учасниками під час закупівлі UA-2024-02-06-005584-a, було з’ясовано, що всі учасники подали в пропозиціях товари, які не відповідають заявленому запиту, а можливість поставки еквіваленту Замовник у запиті не зазначав, так як у закупівлі іншого товару у Замовника потреби немає, закупівля UA-2024-02-06-005584-a буде відмінена. Тому на підставі вищевикладеного та керуючись п.п.1 п. 65 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого Постановою від 14.09.2020р. № 822, відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників до укладення договору.
