1. Найменування товару: Бензин А-95 (талони/скретч-картки); Кількість: 4500 літрів. 2. Технічні, якісні характеристики товару повинні відповідати встановленим/зареєстрованим діючим нормативним актам чинного законодавства України (державним стандартам … (технічним умовам), які передбачають застосування заходів із захисту довкілля. 3. Товар повинен відповідати Державному стандарту (ДСТУ 7687:2015) та технічним умовам заводів-виробників і мати паспорт якості на кожну партію товару та сертифікат відповідності. 4. Відпуск товару повинен здійснюватися відповідно до «Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами», затверджених Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України №1442 від 20.12.1997 (зі змінами), безпосередньо з АЗС за довірчими документами – талони/скретч-картками. 5. Відпуск товару шляхом надання талонів/скретч-карток на пальне, дія яких поширюється на м. Черкаси, Черкаську область та на всю територію України (не менше 50 %). 6. Якість палива повинна підтверджуватись паспортом якості та сертифікатом відповідності заводу-виробника, що можуть надаватись на вимогу Замовника безпосередньо на АЗС, що фактично здійснює відпуск палива. 7. Талони/скретч-карти повинні мати термін дії не менше одного року з моменту їх отримання та гарантованим продовженням їх терміну до одного року та гарантуванням їх обов’язкового отоварення. 8. Постачальник, відповідно до письмової заявки Замовника, у разі необхідності (обмін скретч-карт старого зразку на талони/скретч-карти нового зразку, закінчення терміну дії, тощо) забезпечує протягом семи робочих днів безкоштовний обмін скетч-карт рівнозначного номіналу. 9. Умови поставки – товар має бути відпущений Постачальником для автотранспортних засобів вроздріб безпосередньо на автозаправних станціях України по скетч-картах на всі види палива. Талони/скретч-карти повинні діяти, як в місті Черкаси так і по всій території Україні. 10. Заправка автотранспорту здійснюється відповідно до потреб Замовника. 11. Умови оплати: Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після пред’явлення Постачальником рахунку на оплату товару протягом 5-ти робочих днів.
