Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) Замовнику першої партії товару у кількості: Чай чорний, великолистовий, 1кг – 30 кг Цикорій розчинний, з додаванням смаків, 0,1 кг – 30 кг з дати укладення договору до 12 лютого 2024 року включно. Наступні поставки … Товару здійснюються Постачальником поетапно, дрібними партіями, відповідно до потреб Замовника, без обмежень мінімального обсягу кількості Товару в межах однієї поставки (одного замовлення) Товару, в обсягах та у строк визначений замовленням (заявкою) Замовника, протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання замовлення (заявки). Замовлення (заявка) на отримання партії Товару здійснюється Замовником за телефоном та додатково може дублюватися на електронну адресу Постачальника, що зазначені у розділі 13 цього договору. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) всього обсягу товару – з дати укладення договору до 31 грудня 2024 року включно. Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися Постачальником у робочі дні (з 08-00 до 12-00 год.). Допускається відхилення ваги товару на кратність кг у одиниці пакування. Сторони можуть погодити інший Графік поставки товару за взаємною згодою Сторін.
