1. Місце поставки Товару: Київська область, Бучанський район, смт Макарів, вул. Б. Хмельницького, 13 – 6 шт.; Київська область, Бучанський район, смт Клавдієво-Тарасове, вул. Соборності, 1 – 6 шт. 2. Шини повинні бути нові не раніше 2023 року … виготовлення. 3. Шини призначені для встановлення на автомобілі ЗИЛ 131, малюнок протектору "ялинка". 3. Очікувана вартість закупівлі товару визначена з ПДВ за нульовою ставкою, згідно постанови КМУ від 2 березня 2022 № 178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану» в якій зазначено, що до скасування чи припинення воєнного стану, введеного Указом Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 р. № 64, операції з постачання товару для заправки (дозаправки) або забезпечення транспорту Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій, що утримуються за рахунок коштів державного бюджету, обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою.
