Бензин А-95, талон номіналом 10 літрів та 20 літрів (код ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти)

Товар передається за цим Договором протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати підписання Договору. Продавець гарантує, що термін дії талонів не менше трьох місяців з моменту їх передачі Покупцю. Розрахунки за цим Договором проводяться шляхом оплати Покупцем … суми згідно наданого Продавцем рахунку-фактури на оплату Товару та підписаної Сторонами видаткової накладної. Покупець зобов’язується повністю оплатити вартість переданого у його власність Товару протягом 60 (шістдесяти) робочих днів з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на переданий у власність Товар, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця, вказаний у цьому Договорі.
