Обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі, розміру бюджетного призначення, очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі Електрична енергія з розподілом Управління освіти виконавчого комітету Ковельської міської ради проводить закупівлю електричної енергії з розподілом на 2024 року. Закупівля проводиться повторно у звꞌязку з НАДАННЯМ постачальнику ТОВ «Енергетична асоціація» (ЄДРПОУ 02944834) статусу «ДЕФОЛДНИЙ». Сайт переліку організацій, що попали під ДЕФОЛТ від 30.01.2024р. https://wservice.ua.energy/entsoe/getdefault ТОВ «Енергетична асоціація» (ЄДРПОУ 02944834) у списку під номером 150. Місце поставки товару: Заклади загальної середньої освіти дошкільної освіти та інклюзивно-ресурсного центру, які знаходяться у підпорядкуванні Управління освіти виконавчого комітету Ковельської міської ради Коди та назви відповідних класифікаторів предмета закупівлі і частин предмета закупівлі (лотів) (за наявності): ДК 021:2015: код 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія» (окремі частини предмету закупівлі (лоти) – відсутні). Код товару, визначеного згідно з Єдиним закупівельним словником, що найбільше відповідає назві номенклатурної позиції предмета закупівлі: ДК 021:2015: код 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія». Кількість товарів або обсяг виконання робіт чи надання послуг: 1 108 197 кВт. Обсяг розраховувався наступним чином: потреба на рік становить 1169500 кВт. Закупівля шляхом запиту цінових пропозицій подається 30.01.2024 року. на даний день відсутня кількість кіловат витрачених по факту в січні 2024 року. тому для розрахунку бралось використання електроенергії за січень минулого 2023 року, що становить 61303 кВт. Отже, обсяг становить 1 108 197 кВт. (1169500 кВт. - 61303 кВт). Строк поставки товарів, виконання робіт чи надання послуг до 31.12.2024 року. Умови оплати договору (порядок здійснення розрахунків): Оплата поставленої електричної енергії здійснюється Споживачем протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту підписання сторонами акту приймання-передачі електричної енергії за відповідний розрахунковий період.
