Іваничі, Володимирського району, Волинської області Умови поставки: • Поставка товару здійснюється у кількості та асортименті згідно заявок … Замовника із врахуванням п. п. 2.4., 2.5. Договору; товар передається на продовольчий склад (харчоблок) представнику Замовника. • Строк ( термін) поставки товару: до 20.12.2024 року включно. Поставка товару здійснюється у робочі дні понеділок-п’ятниця з 09:00 до 15:00 години. • Постачальник зобов’язаний в строк (дату) визначений у заявці на поставку з урахуванням положень п. п. 2.4., 2.5. Договору передати Замовнику однією партією указаний в Заявці Товар. Заявки, направляються Замовником за допомогою факсу, електронної пошти або вручаються особисто. Заявка надсилається на ел пошту: (зазначається адреса електронної пошти та/або номер факсу). На визначений у заявці обсяг Товару Постачальник готує видаткову накладну. • Постачальник здійснює поставку транспортом, який спеціально облаштований для перевезення товару, який визначений у додатку № 1 до цього Договору.
