Строк поставки: з дати укладення Договору протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати отримання Постачальником заявки від Покупця, але не пізніше 01 березня 2024 року. Місце поставки Товару: Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару (партії Товару) шляхом … передачі Покупцю талонів на дизельне паливо (далі – Талони): м.Рівне вул.Кавказьська, 9а кабінет №208 – особисто або м.Рівне відділення Нової Пошти № 5, відповідальна особа за отримання товару - Махура Геннадій Вадимович, контактний номер телефону відповідальної особи +380507829071 (поставка здійснюється за рахунок постачальника), які дають право отримати Товар на автозаправних станціях Постачальника по всій території України (власних, орендованих, партнерських) (далі – АЗС). Талони є цілодобово активними (не заблокованими тощо) і мають строк дії не менше ніж 12 місяців з дня їх видачі Покупцю з можливістю, за погодженням Сторін, подовження дії Талонів на термін не менш ніж один місяць. Передача Товару (дизельного палива) проводиться шляхом заправки автотранспорту Покупця на АЗС за Талонами встановленої форми, по факту їх пред’явлення Покупцем в асортименті та кількості, вказаних у Талонах. Умови оплати: Замовник здійснює оплату за поставлений Товар (партію Товару) у національній валюті України в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника після отримання Товару (партії Товару) на підставі підписаної обома Сторонами видаткової накладної протягом 10 робочих днів з дня підписання видаткової накладної.
