Місцезнаходження замовника: 45605, Україна , Волинська обл., Луцький район, село Боратин, ВУЛИЦЯ ЦЕНТРАЛЬНА, будинок 6. Вид закупівлі: запит пропозицій постачальників, згідно п.10 Постанови №1178. Строк поставки до 31.03.2024. Продавець повинен доставити … товар до місяця поставки та передати Покупцеві усі необхідні документи на товар, які передбачені цим Договором. Доставка товару до місця поставки здійснюється за рахунок Продавця. Можливість отримати товар Покупцеві надається через надання йому Продавцем бланків- дозволів (талонів, скретч-карток, смарт-карток) на адресу: 45605, Волинська обл., Луцький р-н, село Боратин, вулиця Центральна, будинок 6. Термін дії бланків-дозволів (талонів, скретч-карток, смарт-карток) становить не менше як 182 дня з моменту їх отримання. Продавець зобов’язується та гарантує можливість пролонгації терміну дії не реалізованих (неотоварених) Покупцем бланків-дозволів (талонів, скреч-карток, смарт- карток) за зверненням Покупця терміном не менше як на 90 днів.
