Строк поставки товару: до 31.12.2024р. Місце поставки товару: 48751, Україна, Тернопільська область, смт. Мельниця-Подільська, вул. Кудринецька, будинок 1; заклади Мельнице-Подільської ТГ. Умови оплати товару: Розрахунковим періодом за цим Договором є … календарний місяць. Розрахунки Споживача за цим Договором здійснюються на поточний рахунок за фактично спожиту електроенергію. Всі платіжні документи, що виставляються Постачальником Споживачу, мають містити чітку інформацію про суму платежу, порядок та строки оплати, що погоджені Сторонами цього Договору, а також інформацію щодо адреси, телефонів, офіційних веб-сайтів для отримання інформації про подання звернень, скарг та претензій щодо якості постачання електричної енергії та надання повідомлень про загрозу електробезпеки. Порядок розрахунків наведено в додатку №2 до Договору.
