Цукор буряковий, кристалічний, першої категорії, ДСТУ 4623, 1 кг ФАСУВАННЯ 50кг 1. Термін придатності товару на момент поставки Замовнику повинен становити не менше 90% від терміну придатності. Приймання товару по якості і кількості здійснюється … уповноваженими представниками обох Сторін. В заклад забороняється завозити недоброякісний товар або товар з терміном придатності, що минув. На недоброякісний товар складається акт і він повертається. У разі виявлення неякісного товару або такого, що не відповідає умовам договору, Учасник зобов’язаний замінити неякісний товар протягом однієї доби з моменту виявлення неякісного товару, без будь-якої додаткової оплати з боку Замовника. 2. Доставка товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно замовлення, яке передається Учаснику будь-яким зручним для Замовника способом (поштою, електронною поштою, особисто, в телефонному режимі тощо) постачання здійснюється кожного робочого дня, за адресою Замовника у період часу з 8-00 до 14-00 години (крім вихідних днів), а за погодженням згідно потреб
