Explanation

в зв’язку з тим, що Замовник є гуртожитком, до нього застосовуються положення щодо закупівлі електричної енергії у постачальника універсальних послуг. Відповідно до абз. 6 п.п. 5 п. 13 Особливостей, затверджених Постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022р. № 1178 така закупівля може здійснюватися шляхом укладення договору про закупівлю без застосування відкритих торгів та/або електронного каталогу для закупівлі товару. Таким чином у Замовника відсутня подальша потреба у закупівлі UA-2024-01-23-017080-a. Тому на підставі вищевикладеного та керуючись п.п.1 п. 65 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого Постановою від 14.09.2020р. № 822, відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників до укладення договору
