Парфуми, засоби гігієни та презервативи

Товар при поставці повинен супроводжуватись наступними документами: видаткова накладна; товарно - транспортна накладна; декларація виробника та висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи. Пересилка документів здійснюється за рахунок … постачальника в обидві сторони. Ціна на товар, що пропонується учасником, повинна включати в себе витрати на транспортування, зберігання, страхування, навантаження, розвантажування, вартість тари, упаковки і маркування тощо. Поставка товару до місця його використання повинна здійснюватися транспортом, що забезпечує зберігання, комплектність і якість товару, Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником відповідно до заявок (партіями або одноразово) Замовника впродовж трьох днів з моменту отримання заявки Замовника. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів: 22870 ВІнницька область смт. Брацлав, вул. М.Кривоноса, 6 . Доставка товару, завантажувальні - розвантажувальні роботи здійснюються транспортом Постачальника за рахунок Постачальника безпосередньо до складу Замовника. Якщо поставлений товар не буде відповідати своїм якісним характеристикам, постачальник повинен замінити товар своїми силами і за свій рахунок. Термін постачання - до 31.03.2024 року. Оплата вартості Товару здійснюється Замовником у національній валюті України – гривні, на поточний ( розрахунковий) рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки здійснюються Замовником по факту поставки товару шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на поточний банківський рахунок Постачальника протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання видаткової накладної та надання рахунку на оплату Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 30 робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
