Категорія замовника – пункт 1 частина 4 стаття 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - органи державної влади та органи місцевого самоврядування, зазначені у пункті 1 частини першої статті 2. Вид закупівлі: закупівля товарів шляхом використання електронного каталогу на підставі пункту 10 «ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. №1178 (зі змінами). Тип процедури закупівлі - запит пропозицій постачальників (на підставі змін, внесених відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 04 липня 2023 р. №677 "Про внесення змін до деяких постанов Кабінету Міністрів України з питань публічних закупівель"). У зв'язку з відсутньою технічною можливістю у замовника вибрати тип процедури закупівлі "запит пропозицій постачальників", бо даний тип процедури відсутній у випадаючому списку, то замовником вибрано тип "запит ціни пропозиції"
