Закупівля здійснюється згідно пункту 10 «Особливості здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», затверджених Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 року … № 1178 ( із змінами та доповненнями). Товар по якості і безпечності повинен відповідати встановленим державним стандартам. Поставка товару здійснюється 2 рази в місяць, малими партіями, протягом 2024 року, згідно заявок Замовника у робочі дні не пізніше 15:30год. Заявка надається Замовником в телефонному режимі. Строки поставки товару: 2 робочі дні після отримання заявки від Замовника. Доставка продукції здійснюється автотранспортом згідно з Санітарними правилами для підприємств продовольчої торгівлі. Кожна партія товару повинна відповідати заявці Замовника та мати супроводжувальні документами, що підтверджують якість товару (висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи та/або копія посвідчення про якість (та/або декларація виробника), тощо) із зазначенням строку придатності, умов збереження і температурного режиму. Відповідність вимогам діючого санітарного законодавства України обов`язкова. Умови оплати: післяплата в розмірі 100 %. Розрахунки здійснюються Замовником після підписання сторонами видаткової накладної та отримання товарно-транспортної накладної на товар, шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника.
