Учасник повинен здійснювати відпуск нафтопродуктів через стаціонарну мережу автозаправних станцій (автозаправних комплексів), що призначені для заправки транспортних засобів моторним пальним, відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про … затвердження Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами» від 20.12.1997 №1442 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Строк поставки талонів*: не більше 2-ох робочих днів з моменту отримання Учасником заявки від Замовника. * - під терміном Талони маються на увазі скретч-картки / бланки-дозволи /картки-дозволи тощо, на яких зазначено вид пального та номінал і тд. Постачальник повинен забезпечити відпуск за допомогою талонів/скретч-карток Учасника в мережі АЗС, що знаходяться у його власності та/або оренді з локалізацією у м. Борщів Тернопільської області
