З метою забезпечення потреб замовника в послугах з перетікання реактивної електричної енергії на 2024 рік необхідно здійснити закупівлю. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до норм постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178. Пунктом 11 Особливостей встановлено, що у разі здійснення закупівлі, вартість якої є меншою, ніж 50 тис. гривень, без використання електронної системи закупівель замовник не оприлюднює в електронній системі закупівель звіт про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель.
