Деревина дров’яна, 1 групи, колоті, ТУУ-00994207-005, від 1 м.куб.(дрова колоті паливні твердих порід) Закупівля здійснюється відповідно п. 10 «Особливостей» здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом … України «Про публічні закупівлі», затверджених Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 року № 1178 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Деревина дров’яна, 1 групи, колоті, ТУУ-00994207-005, від 1м.куб. Класифікація, облік, технічні вимоги. Дрова колоті твердих порід мають відповідати першій групі порід: ясень, дуб, акація. Допустима вологість дров: 30%. Розмір деревини по довжині до 50см, по товщині - від 15 см до 25см. Дрова повинні бути очищені від сучків і гілок. Висота сучків, що залишилися, не повинна перевищувати 30 мм. Дрова можуть бути як в корі, так і без кори, без гнилі та трухляви. Поставка здійснюється в будь які дні та години з наданням відповідних супровідних документів в повному обсязі, у кількості – 90 м. куб. Вимогою Замовника є постачання Товару транспортом Постачальника за адресою: Україна, 64135, Харківська обл., Лозівський район, с. Ржавчик, вул. Центральна, буд. 4, Ржавчінський клуб. Приймання товару за кількістю і якістю здійснюється представником Замовника. Строк поставки: до 31 березня 2024 року. Постачальник визначає ціну на товар, який він пропонує поставити за Договором, з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, а також витрат на страхування, транспортування, завантажування, розвантажування та інших витрат, визначених законодавством. Якщо Постачальник постачає товар (деревина дров’яна) у складометрах, то цей товар приймається Замовником з урахуванням коефіцієнта 0,7 тобто 1 скл/м*0,7 = 0,7 м.куб. Товар повинен супроводжуватися товарно-транспортною накладною та видатковою накладною. Умови оплати: протягом 15 банківських днів з дня отримання товару на склад Замовника, післяплата у розмірі 100%.
