Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються з урахуванням ст.ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом поставки товару, у разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань, протягом 30 календарних днів після отримання належним чином оформленої видаткової накладної. У випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування Замовник зобов’язується сплатити вартість поставленого товару впродовж 3-х банківських днів з дати отримання бюджетних коштів
