Макаронні вироби з твердих сортів пшениці

Макаронні вироби з твердих сортів пшениці. Учасник визначає ціну з урахуванням усіх своїх витрат, податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, в тому числі на транспортування до місця поставки, страхування та таке інше. Поставка за рахунок … учасника (спеціально обладнаним) транспортом з дотриманням санітарно-гігієнічних умов зберігання та перевезення товару. Транспортне пакування повинне забезпечити цілісність і збереження упаковки, якість, товарний вигляд під час транспортування. Термін придатності товару на момент поставки на склад Замовника повинен становити не менше 80% до загального строку зберігання та вказується в супровідній документації. Партія товару має супроводжуватися такими документами: товаро-транспортними накладними, накладними, документами, які засвідчують якість та безпеку: сертифікат якості або декларацію виробника (посвідчення про якість), тощо. Товар постачається окремими дрібними партіями протягом загального строку поставки (до кінця 2024 року) за заявками Замовника за адресою: Чернівецький військово-спортивний ліцей ЧМР, вул.Луковецька,29 м.Чернівці Товар постачається щотижня(дрібними партіями) згідно із заявкою Покупця, протягом 3-х робочих днів з дня отримання заявки (електронною поштою, факсом, телефоном). У разі поставки неякісного товару або не відповідного товару, такий товар повертається Учаснику або підлягає обміну за рахунок Учасника.
