Нафта і дистиляти код ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9(Бензин А-95 (Євро 5) – ДК 021:2015:09132000-3(у талонах по 10л.), та Дизельне паливо – ДК 021:2015:09134200-9(у талонах по 10л.)

Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та ПКМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022р. «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, … на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування». Постачальник надає Замовнику за видатковою накладною талони на пальне номіналом 10 л. Перелік АЗС Учасника в Івано-Франківській області в т.ч. в радіусі 20 км від смт. Вигода Івано-Франківської області (за місцезнаходженням Замовника), через які буде здійснюватися відпуск бензини, дизпалива за талонами, із зазначенням конкретних адрес розташування АЗС, в тому числі не менше 2-ох АЗК на відстані до 20 км. від місцязнаходження Замовника. Термін дії талонів повинен буди не менше 12 місяців.
