Поставка повинна здійснюєватись Постачальником на підставі зробленої заявки Покупця протягом одного календарного дня з моменту надання заявки. Постачальник має право на дострокову поставку Товару тільки за письмовим погодженням з Покупцем. Поставка товару … здійснюється транспортом Постачальника виключно спеціалізованими автомобілями із додержанням температурного режиму відповідно до вимог Правил перевезення вантажів автомобільним транспортом в Україні. Навантаження, доставка та розвантаження товару на місці призначення (склад Покупця) здійснюється Постачальником і входить до ціни товару. Розрахунки за кожну поставлену партію товару здійснюються в безготівковій формі протягом 14 календарних днів з моменту підписання накладної на партію товару за умови своєчасного надходження коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Покупця. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дня надходження коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Покупця на відповідне цільове призначення.
